Because each piece is handmade, we cannot accept returns. If you would like to exchange one piece for another this must be done within 7 days of receipt of your piece. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and we will give you an Exchange Authorization Code.
To receive a refund:
1. All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be in original packaging, in unused condition with label attached.
3. Send Email to email@example.com, requesting an Exchange Authorization Code.
4. Absolutely no exchanges will be granted without an Exchange Authorization Code.
5. No exchanges will be granted after 7 days of purchase date of receipt.
7. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
8. Bridal, special occasions & custom items are final sale and non Refundable or exchangeable.
REQUESTING AN EAC (Exchange Authorization Code.)
To request a EAC please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a reply with your EA Code within 48 business hours. Please note EA codes are only valid for 7 days. Items must be received within 7 days in order to be accepted. If an EAC is received after the 7 day window the package will be refused and sent back to shipper.
All NEAKEY.COM merchandise must be returned with the tags attached, and the original invoice. When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier, this will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that NEAKEY.COM cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.
If you wish to make an exchange on NEAKEY.COM please follow these four easy steps:
1. Make a copy of the original invoice.
2. Write the EA code on the invoice and on the front of the box indicate what merchandise you would like in exchange.
3. Pack and seal you return securely and include the invoice.
4. Packages must be returned pre-paid. NEAKEY.COM will not accept COD deliveries.
